1. Formaldehyde. According to the national standard, the formaldehyde emission limit climate chamber index of blockboard is E1≤0.124mg/m3,. The unqualified formaldehyde emission index of the blockboard sold on the market mainly involves two aspects: first, the formaldehyde emission exceeds the standard, which obviously poses a threat to human health; Second, although the formaldehyde emission of some products is within the E2 level, it does not reach the E1 level, but the E1 level is marked. This is also considered ineligible.
2. Transverse static bending strength. The transverse static bending strength and gluing strength reflect the ability of blockboard products to withstand stress and resist force deformation. There are three main reasons for the unqualified transverse static bending strength. First, the raw material itself is defective or rotten, and the texture of the core is not good; Second, in the production process, the splicing technology is not up to standard; Third, the gluing work was not done.

3. Glue strength. There are three main process parameters for gluing performance, namely time, temperature and pressure. How to use more adhesives and how to use them less also affects the formaldehyde emission index.
4. Moisture content. The moisture content is an index that reflects the moisture content of the blockboard, if the moisture content is too high or uneven, the product will be deformed and warped or uneven during use, which will affect the performance of the product.
