ur UV high gloss MDF panels are manufactured by applying multi-layer UV cured lacquer onto calibrated plain MDF substrate, cured instantly under ultraviolet light to create a mirror-grade glossy finish. Unlike traditional spray painting, the UV coating forms a compact, non-porous surface that resists common household stains, grease and light scratches, drastically cutting down on post-production finishing work for furniture manufacturers.
We can also source melamine faced MDF if your project prefers low-sheen, fingerprint-free decorative panels without UV coating.
