Sample shipping is paid upfront. When you place your first full order, we take that amount off the invoice.

There's no countdown on the page. The code works until November 30, so you have time to measure the room properly before committing to 40 square metres.

The wall behind the table

In most homes there's one wall that ends up in every holiday photo. It's usually the one the table faces.

Our WPC slatted wall panels work well there. Walnut, oak and charcoal give you the depth of timber without the sanding and oiling, and the tongue-and-groove boards go straight over drywall with basic tools. They wipe clean and don't mind moisture, which helps if you're renting or if dinner happens at that table every night.

A garland, a framed print, the good lamp moved over - that's usually enough. Guests tend to assume the wall was always like that.

The porch that holds the extra chairs

Someone usually ends up dragging a folding chair outside, either because a cousin is on a video call or because there are simply more people than chairs. The deck becomes the extra room.

Capped WPC decking handles that without much fuss. No splinters under bare feet, slip-resistant when the November damp sets in, and no staining or sealing each spring. Sweep it, rinse it, that's the maintenance. The colour layer is UV-stable, so boards installed this winter should still look right next autumn.

Late autumn is also a reasonable time to order. You can plan without rushing, install when the weather turns, and have the deck finished before the first warm weekend of spring.

Plywood, and the things that outlast the day

Not everything we sell goes on a wall or a floor. Baltic birch and veneer plywood often end up as a serving board big enough for the roast, or a bench for the extra seats. It also works for a low shelf for board games and for laser-cut place cards, which tend to turn up in a drawer years later.

The edges are clean, the plies consistent, and the surface takes stain or oil without fuss. Forgiving material for a Saturday afternoon.

If you're not sure which veneer you like, get the sample kit first and look at it in your own daylight.

Why it's only 10%

We make the boards, so we know what goes into one: resin, wood fibre, UV stabilisers, packaging, freight, and the people who check each batch. We try to price that the same in October as in November, rather than raising it in the autumn so there's room for a big discount.

Ten percent is about what we can give back without quietly changing something else. A thinner cap layer, a pallet packed in a hurry, a support line nobody picks up - those are the usual places a discount turns up, and we'd rather not go there.

It isn't a very exciting sale. We're okay with that.

If you're planning a project

Start with samples. Screens get wood tones wrong, so hold the finish against your wall or your existing deck in daylight before you commit to 40 square metres.

Then measure, and add about 10% for cuts, corners and the one board that always gets nicked with a saw.

If you want delivery before the holiday, order by November 20. Carriers get tight around Thanksgiving week, so anything placed after that will most likely ship in early December. The decision doesn't need to be quick, but the truck does have a cut-off.

Not sure how much you need? Send us the dimensions and we'll do the take-off. We do that free, sale or no sale.

Questions we get every November

Can I install WPC wall panels myself?

Yes, most people do. A standard saw cuts them, clips or adhesive fix them depending on the substrate, and one accent wall is usually an afternoon's work. Instructions come with every order.

Is it too cold to install decking in November?

The boards are fine stored outside. We'd hold off on the actual install until it's consistently above [50°F / 10°C], so the framing and fasteners behave. Ordering now and fitting it in early spring is a normal thing to do, and it locks in the sale price.

Can you supply material certification documents?

Yes. Tell us which documents your project needs when you order and we'll include them.

Can I use the sale with my contractor or trade account?

The public code doesn't stack with trade pricing. Trade partners have their own Thanksgiving terms, so [link to your trade program] or email us the project list and we'll quote it separately.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the pallet before you sign, send the photo over, and we'll replace the affected boards. We won't ask you to prove it twice.

Make room for the people

The good part of Thanksgiving isn't for sale, obviously. But the room everyone ends up sitting in is made of something, and it usually gets put together a few boards at a time over a few weekends.

We'll be here when you're ready. Samples, a straight answer about quantities, and a bit more room in the budget.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us. Thanks for letting us be part of your home this year.
