This series of products directly faces the problems of weak nail grip and easy deformation caused by uneven inner cores and high impurities in traditional boards. Persist in using a single tree species (such as birch, poplar, or eucalyptus) to make the inner core, and strictly remove impurities such as bark to ensure the purity and uniformity of the core material. Taking "Eucalyptus Core Board" as an example, it adopts a 13 layer golden ratio laminated structure of all eucalyptus veneer. Compared with the common 9-layer structure in the market, its stability is greatly enhanced, and its static bending strength can reach more than twice the national standard. It can effectively prevent the cabinet from twisting and deforming after long-term load-bearing.
At the same time, integrate functional technology into sheet metal manufacturing. Some new products are equipped with nanoscale silicon and silver monomers, which can actively inhibit common bacteria with an antibacterial rate of up to 99%. In terms of environmental protection, the product uses medical grade MDI adhesive, which achieves formaldehyde free addition and environmental protection level superior to the national ENF standard. Through patented technology, it actively purifies formaldehyde, providing a more reassuring choice for sensitive groups such as children's rooms and pregnant families.
