Intelligent manufacturing empowers quality upgrade, OSB plywood production line completes technological transformation
To further enhance the supply capacity and quality stability of OSB plywood, our company has recently completed the intelligent upgrade and transformation of the OSB continuous flat pressing production line. This technological upgrade has introduced an automatic defect detection system and an online density control device, achieving digital monitoring of the entire process from blade drying to finished product cutting.
After the completion of the technological transformation, the daily production capacity of the production line increased by 30%, and the thickness tolerance of the product was controlled within ± 0.2mm. The surface flatness and edge density of the board were significantly optimized. At present, the upgraded production line has stably produced OSB/2, OSB/3, and waterproof OSB products, which can meet the batch delivery needs of large engineering customers at home and abroad.
