Plywood is manufactured by hot-pressing multiple wood veneers with adhesives. Veneers are stacked with grains perpendicular to adjacent layers. This cross structure greatly reduces shrinkage, warping and cracking, delivering better dimensional stability than solid wood. We supply plywood with poplar, eucalyptus, birch, beech, walnut and other face/core options. Formaldehyde emission grades E0 & E1 available. Thickness ranges from 3mm to 28mm, standard size 1220×2440mm. Custom cutting, sanding and veneer finishing are acceptable. Balanced strength and good screw holding power, easy for cutting, drilling and edging. Widely applied in furniture, interior decoration, door skins, construction, export packing cases and pallets.
