Plywood is hot-pressed with multi-layer rotary-cut wood veneers. The grain direction of adjacent veneers is perpendicular to each other, which counteracts wood internal stress effectively. It features anti-warping, anti-cracking, stable flatness, widely applied in furniture, interior decoration, construction and packaging industries.
Raw Material & Core
Available cores: poplar, birch, hardwood, eucalyptus. Fresh raw logs without rot, uniform veneer thickness, free of wormholes, cavities and bad knots. Even density ensures strong load-bearing capacity.
Glue & Environmental Standard
Multiple glue options: eco-friendly water glue, waterproof phenolic glue, melamine glue. Meet E0/E1 environmental standards with low odor. Waterproof type owns high bonding strength, no delamination after soaking for humid construction scenarios.
Surface Finishes
Natural veneer: original wood grain, easy for painting and veneering;
Bleached plywood: clean white surface with perfect coloring effect for high-end furniture;
Film faced plywood: double waterproof film, wear-resistant, easy demoulding, specially for construction formwork;
