- Double-Layer Co-extrusion Technology
The product is formed by one-step co-extrusion molding. The inner substrate is a stable mixture of wood fiber and HDPE, while the outer surface is a dense protective PE shell with concentrated UV stabilizers and anti-scratch additives. This structure effectively avoids common defects of ordinary WPC such as surface fading, scratch marks and water stain penetration after long-term outdoor exposure.
- Low-Profile Hollow Cavity Design
Slim low-height hollow structure greatly reduces overall weight, lowering transportation and handling costs. Internal hollow channels provide excellent drainage and heat dissipation performance, minimizing thermal expansion and contraction deformation caused by temperature changes. The thin thickness fits renovation projects with narrow door sills without raising ground height excessively.
Integrated Interlocking Click System
Male and female interlock structures are molded on both sides of each board. Boards snap tightly together without complicated cutting or extra connecting pieces. Joint gaps are neat to prevent weed growth and water seepage; hidden stainless steel clips fix boards under the surface with no exposed screws to damage the decorative appearance.
