Raw Material & Manufacturing Process
We select only high-density, durable hardwood veneers (Eucalyptus, Birch, Okoume, Meranti) for both face and core layers. Each veneer is precision rotary-cut, dried to uniform moisture content, and defect-screened to meet BS 1088 requirements – face veneers have no open defects, with no more than 6 sound pin knots per square foot, and no end joints allowed in any veneer layer.
Performance Advantages Over Standard Plywood
The panels are laminated with cross-grain structure, bonded with WBP phenolic resin adhesive under high temperature and pressure, ensuring full glue penetration and permanent bonding. After hot pressing, panels are precision sanded, coated with phenolic film on both sides, edge-sealed, and undergo strict quality inspection, including boiling test, bending strength test, and dimensional tolerance check.
